We will need Specific Grave information: Name, Cemetery, City, approximate dates on the tablet, marker numbers and possible landmarks, if you need assistance we will try to help you. However, we will not attempt a visit until we have the location.

 

The Digital photograph taken after the work is completed will serve as your proof of delivery and fulfillment of your visit. We can email, mail or send text with picture to your phone. We will keep a copy for our records along with the visual inspection report and details to the location of the Marker.

 

We will not use the pictures we take to display our work without your permission as we respect everyone's right to privacy.

 

We accept no responsibility for any loss or damages after or prior to your visit being fulfilled.

 

We adhere to the guidelines of decorations for the cemeteries we service.

 

Once payment is received and an agreement is made we will carry out the service within ten days if you need the service sooner we will try to accommodate your request.

 

We are not able to accept responsibility for problems arising from the provision of a service where relevant permission have not been obtained.
